My experience with Julia was nothing short of the most perfect situation that I could have ever imagined as a first time home buyer. She found me the condo of my dreams and she was also able to immediately get me in touch with a loan provider (who was also extremely responsive and on the ball) as well as put me in touch with all the other service providers that I would need upon buying my condo. She was also very skilled when it came to negotiating with the seller to get exactly what I needed out of the seller in order to purchase the condo. Mary was always there to assure me that everything was fine and to answer all of my questions. She never pushed us into doing anything that we didn’t want to do. After several months of looking Mary found our dream home the first day it was listed and had an appointment for us to see it that day.
