We met Karina by chance at an open house, several months before we were actually ready to get serious about buying. But I kept her card (for probably 6+ months) because I was so impressed with her. So when we got ready to buy, we reached out and had a call with her. We also reached out to a couple other agents but we really felt like Karina was the best fit. Turns out it was the BEST decision. She has a lot of great qualities that make her a great agent, but I think what I would highlight the most is her crazy and wonderful attention to detail. There are a lot of steps in the home-buying process and some of them can go very wrong if not handled by someone who really knows what they are doing. Karina led us every step of the way and worked day and night to jump on everything quickly and extremely accurately. Just like most homebuying transactions, ours was unique in some ways and took a bit of special navigating. But Karina did it absolutely perfectly. We moved from Chicago to Atlanta in Summer, 2019. Before the move, we finished our jobs, sold a home in Lincolnshire, IL, travelled to Europe & India for family matters, dropped off our older son in college, admitted our younger son at a new school in Marietta, GA and started new jobs here. I cannot begin to cover the myriad ways in which Ashley made the process of listing and selling my parents' house the success that it was from start to finish. She talked with my father at length about realistic comp's and how the sale might proceed. She gave me valuable advice on prepping the house for sale and staging. When it came time to make select repairs, updates and small remodeling projects to maximize the house's value, Ashley put us in contact with several contractors who were professional, responsive, efficient and did great work. When it became apparent that housing values had begun to spike, Ashley made sure that our pricing reflected that trend and, yet, the house was still under contract within three days. She stayed in constant touch with us throughout the entire closing process and her communication from start to finish was everything that we could have hoped for. She was absolutely professional and ethical. We highly recommend Ashley as either a buyers' or sellers' agent.

Lindsay was awesome! She helped us get our house ready to sell and got it on the market quickly. She was very professional with us and all the potential buyers.
