As a first time home buyer, it was important to me to have a realtor who could help me through the process and have expertise I could lean on. I was also in a time crunch - I had moved back to Atlanta from out of the country and was living in Airbnbs/with family until I found something so I wanted to move fast. Carly was so wonderful to work with. She provided clear insight into the process and what to expect, had a great network for us to partner with from lenders to inspectors, and helped me close on my place quickly and smoothly. My wife and I selected Blair to sell our rental home in Atlanta, GA and we could not be happier with our decision to list with her company. Blair went above and beyond what I would expect from a real estate agent, and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a top notch agent that you can trust has your best interest at heart. I had previously spoken with another real estate agent simply to get a feeling for what they thought they could sell the home for, then met with Blair who was confident that we were leaving at least $25K on the table based on the current market conditions. Blair was spot on with her assessment of the home's potential sale price as we sold it within $2K of the price she thought we could get. Since my wife and I currently live in Texas, Blair scheduled the showings directly with our 2 sets of tenants who were still occupying the property, and would send them reminders to ensure that the property was cleaned and set for a good showing that day. Blair would provide us the buyers feedback after each showing and stayed in constant communication with us during the entire process. When we were having minor repairs done on the property, she would go as far as to meet contractors at the house and ensure everything was taken care of. After receiving multiple offers on the home she help guide us as to which offer had the best chance of closing, and was able to answer all of my questions regarding the contract terms. I can truly say that our experience with Blair was nothing short of spectacular and if we are ever in the market to purchase a home in Atlanta in the future, Blair will be our first call!
