I first emailed Jennie late one evening a few days before Christmas. I came across a house that I had to see, but due to the holiday did not expect to hear back for a few days. Within minutes she responded, eager to help. The following weekend we went to view the house, fell in love, and listed our house that day. She asked to do an open house that Sunday. By Wednesday we had multiple offers, one of which was full asking price.
