Julia helped us find our first home in an up and coming area during the covid19 season. And we are so thankful to have had her by our side. She was highly responsive, always making time for us as soon as she could, and very flexible with work schedules. When we would go through a house she gathered as much information as possible from the seller if they were there like what piping, what issues there could be, and she could recognize and tell us what was to code and what we would have to fix in a home later down the road.
