My husband and I have worked with Allan for over 7 years on the purchase of two homes and the sale of one. He went above and beyond for us in every aspect when we were selling our home in Smyrna. He did an outstanding job marketing our property, drawing in a large crowd to our open house just three days after listing the property. Margaux was great to work with for a home in an intown school district (E Rivers). She found homes and got us in to see them early so that we did not miss out. For the home that we ultimately purchased, the seller accepted another offer over ours, and when the other buyer backed out, Margaux presented our offer again and the seller accepted. It was Margaux's persistence that got us into our forever home.

Ashley was the best!!! She was beyond responsive before, during, and after the home-buying process; we bought our house 6 months ago and Ashley still answers one-off questions we have very quickly. We cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience working with Carly Wooten. The sale of our home came with a lot of mixed feelings ( My husbands job relocated us to another state) This was our first home together. Where we brought all 3 of children home from the hospital. So, there were so many wonderful memories tied up in this new adventure that lay ahead of us. (Not only that, but trying to sell a home with 3 kids under 5 at home, is not for the faint of heart ??).
