My house in Brookhaven sold in a matter of days on the market. I met Elizabeth a couple years ago and tapped her brain as to what I would need to do to sell my house when the time came. Her thoughts and suggestions were very helpful. Once we decided to sell, we had a pretty tight time frame and were a little panicked. Elizabeth was great in telling what we needed to do (not too much and not too little) in order to position our house effectively. She linked me up with excellent and cost effective vendors. We moved out of town before the house went on the market. Elizabeth was my "boots on the ground", coordinating painters, yard men, stagers, etc. She even stopped by to water the flowers.
