Margaux was great to work with for a home in an intown school district (E Rivers). She found homes and got us in to see them early so that we did not miss out. For the home that we ultimately purchased, the seller accepted another offer over ours, and when the other buyer backed out, Margaux presented our offer again and the seller accepted. It was Margaux's persistence that got us into our forever home.

Scott did an outstanding job and has great attention to detail while selling our property in Atlanta. He comes out with a game plan from the first minute you meet with him. If you stick to this plan, the house will sell quickly One of the benefits is he has a vast network of people that can help while preparing to put the house on the market. We had to deal with new landscaping, painting, cleaning and a variety of other smaller projects. He is meticulous about every minute detail in an effort to present the house in the best manner possible. He personally checked on the house 5-7 times before we put it on the market. Oftentimes, I feel realtors may just be getting a commission with minimal effort, but this was not the case with Scott. We truly needed his expertise and it helped us reach the price point we desired
