Carly was absolutely wonderful from out of the gate. She is punctual, responsive, & communicative. The experience was, for me, driven by the balance she struck between providing me (as a seller) honest and clear feedback/opinions, but when she turned around to negotiate with my buyer she was aggressive and firm. I give her my unqualified recommendation and will definitely be referring friends & family her way!

Carly helped two of my friends buy their homes and she came highly recommended to me. She was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. She was also very honest and became a trusted advisor for me and my (now) fiance. Between us, she sold both our places and helped us buy our first house together. The selling of my condo had many bumps and took a lot longer than planned due to some HOA issues outside our control. Carly continued to advise me and knew when it was time to wait and when it was time to take action. Her fast action is what directly led to us getting our first home as a family. It came back on the market at 9:30 AM, by 12:30 she got us a showing, and by that evening we were under contract. I couldn't recommend her more and I do tell all my friends!

Maggie is an amazing realtor and she was exactly what we needed in this crazy home market! She completely understood our goals and the type of home that we were looking for. We specifically wanted to find a home to renovate in one of our favorite in-town neighborhoods, and Maggie was so knowledgeable and realistic about what projects could be done easily, and issues that were probably too large or expensive to tackle. We always felt that she had our best interests at heart, and she explains every step of the process. She definitely knows the Atlanta market like the back of her hand! We are so grateful that Maggie continues to check in on us after the move, and she has helped us find local companies many times to complete aspects of the renovation. Maggie made our first home buying experience a breeze (and dare I even say fun?), and we would recommend her to anyone looking for a home in the Atlanta area!

Dawn was wonderful and helped us buy our dream house even though it meant to show us houses for a whole year. She patiently showed us around and also helped convince the previous owners that we were the perfect family to move into our (current) beautiful home!! I would recommend Dawn to anyone who does not want to compromise with any of their requirements!! We certainly did NOT!!

From her prompt and precise reply time, to her candid and comical (in the best possible way) communication style, Blair was an amazingly adept advocate throughout every step of our loft selling, home buying, and new future advising process. We moved from out of town and had to make multiple trips to see homes on odd hours and weekends. Ashley made every effort to accommodate our schedule on multiple visits and even visited homes through facetime for us when we couldn't make it. She assisted with multiple home offers before eventually landing in our current home. We would certainly recommend Ashley and her whole team.

Ashley was the best!!! She was beyond responsive before, during, and after the home-buying process; we bought our house 6 months ago and Ashley still answers one-off questions we have very quickly.
