As a first time home buyer I had no experience and little understanding, but Austin was great with not only taking care of details, but also explaining and inviting us into the process. He listened to and fought for the things we wanted while giving his own knowledge and honesty about the properties along the way. He wasn’t there to just sell a house, but to truly help us find the right home. Communication was incredible, responding at all hours of the day. My experience with Julia was nothing short of the most perfect situation that I could have ever imagined as a first time home buyer. She was also very skilled when it came to negotiating with the seller to get exactly what I needed out of the seller in order to purchase the condo. I had the pleasure of working with Carrie Bazar on the recent sale of my home. With an almost full price offer the day after listing, I thought the transaction was going to be a cake walk. After inspection, that mindset was quickly changed. As an out of state seller, I was panicked with the list of repairs that were going to be necessary to close on the home. Carrie went above and beyond her real estate "duties" She happily found and met several contractors to make repairs, she made call after call to source products, and when dealing with last minute changes, she was always flexible and proficient. What could have turned into a nightmare for most, Carrie stayed positive and ensured a smooth and on time closing, I couldn't ask for anything more.

Margaux was great to work with for a home in an intown school district (E Rivers). She found homes and got us in to see them early so that we did not miss out. For the home that we ultimately purchased, the seller accepted another offer over ours, and when the other buyer backed out, Margaux presented our offer again and the seller accepted.
