Kara was so amazing to work with when buying out home. We originally told her we just wanted to be ready should the right house find us, but we were in no rush to buy. She made sure that we were set up with the right lenders & pre-approved, so that we could move fast when we were ready. The second home we saw was on the market for one day, we tried to get in for a showing but they were full. About an hour later, Kara let us know the sellers extended showings for a half day and there was one spot open. I truly believe Kara may have talked them into extending showings but I don't know. We saw the home at 10am with Kara's assistant Lidija, at around 10:30 we said let's put in an offer and Kara had to write up our offer by noon. Kara got everything in on time, talked to us on the phone about 100 times that day to make sure we knew what was happening, and by 6 our offer was accepted. Kara helped us through inspections. She was at the walk through & of course, the closing to make sure we understood everything again. Without Kara getting everything ready to go for us on the front end and being so realistic and honest with us about what offers would be considered in the crazy early 2022 market, we would have never gotten our house. She was responsive, had great knowledge of the area and the market, and she made sure we beat 13 offers to get our dream home. Cannot recommend Kara enough!

Could not recommend Austin more! He has the experience, personality, and knowledge to make any deal happen. We were in a multiple offer situation and the selling agent indicated that most of the reason they chose us was because of Austin and how he represented both himself and us. If that doesn't convince you that he is the right man for the job, I don't know what will.

Liz helped me both sell my home and buy my new home. She was so incredible throughout the process - knowledgeable, patient, flexible with her time, and moreover got the job done. She handled the sale of my home far better than I could've dreamed of and when it came time to look at new homes for purchase she really took the time to help me find exactly what I wanted. In this market it was such a blessing to have an agent who was willing to help me find that needle in a haystack and go to bat for me when it came time to make an offer. I will definitely use Liz again in the future and recommend her to everyone I know. Home buying/selling always has it's challenges but particularly in this market, I felt lucky to have such a great agent to support me.

Elizabeth was an excellent realtor for us! From putting notes in people's mailboxes whose homes weren't on the market that she thought might be interested into selling if nudged a little, to responding to text messages late at night, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. After multiple failed offers and countless homes visited, we finally took her advice to visit the top of our budget and found our home shortly there after. We would highly recommend Elizabeth to anyone, especially shopping in the metro Atlanta area as she's extremely convenient and knowledgeable in these neighborhoods. As soon as fellow friends jump on board the house-buying train we'll be giving our her information as much as possible!
