I cannot begin to cover the myriad ways in which Ashley made the process of listing and selling my parents' house the success that it was from start to finish. She talked with my father at length about realistic comp's and how the sale might proceed. She gave me valuable advice on prepping the house for sale and staging. When it came time to make select repairs, updates and small remodeling projects to maximize the house's value, Ashley put us in contact with several contractors who were professional, responsive, efficient and did great work. When it became apparent that housing values had begun to spike, Ashley made sure that our pricing reflected that trend and, yet, the house was still under contract within three days. She stayed in constant touch with us throughout the entire closing process and her communication from start to finish was everything that we could have hoped for. Being a first time home buyer, the process can be a little intimidating. I didn't know what to expect, but with Anna, the process went smoother than I could have ever anticipated. She was thoughtful and kind, and answered all of my questions, no matter how small or large. She made me feel secure with her attention to detail and advice when making such a big decision. We cannot recommend Beth Hawkins enough! This was our first home, and to say we had a million questions is an understatement. Beth was patient, she was quick, and she didn't miss a beat. Beth always did research and came prepared. She knew the area, the other agent, and sometimes it felt like even the home before we ever walked in the door. She was happy to make recommendations, and she picked up on our style and what was improtant to us quickly. She was never pushy. We never felt pressured to into a home. Patience should be her middle name! If you want a relator who goes above and far far beyond for her clients, you need to call Beth. She'll make sure every question is answered. She knows what to look for in a good home. She is so supportive. She also knows somebody for everything you could possibly need and has great relationships with those people (plumbers, inspectors, roofers, mortgage companies, lawyers, etc.). We could not have navigated this process without her, but feel like we truly gained a friend who was rooting for us to find the "right" house the whole time.
