I can not put into words how amazing Kim Junod is as a real estate agent. I have always heard from friends that buying a house was the most stressful experience they have ever had. That was not my experience at all. As a new home buyer, I had a lot of concerns but Kim was very patient with me and explained the entire process. She actually made it fun! Kim is very knowledgeable and is a great interior decorator. She also just renovated her own house so she was a great asset when looking at properties that needed work. In 2011, while visiting a friend who had just purchased in the newly developed Ritz Carlton Residences, I had the good fortune of meeting Ashley Rearden. We had been thinking about purchasing a condo in Atlanta. Ashley, the developer’s agent, quickly matched our requirements with several options in the building. She was very knowledgable about all aspects of the development and made our buying experience very enjoyable. Not only were we blessed finding a wonderful home, but made a wonderful friend for life!

Jennie helped us find our dream home! We searched for months and Jennie was always ready to hop in the car and meet us at the last moment. She would follow up, send recommendations, and worked with us all the way through closing. In the end, her hard work, positivity, and experience led us to the perfect house that we can’t wait to make our home.

Allan first toured us through dozens of homes before we decided to buy a home to knock down only to then decide to sell it and start the search again 6 months later!! From there he always made time to show us everything we thought we may want to remotely consider. When we needed to move quickly on an opportunity he made it happen! Next was the sale of our existing home at the time.. his advice and graciousness made an elongated process move relatively smoothly despite some challenging buyers! Allan was always there.. always responsive to anything we needed!!

Sonny has been the perfect real estate agent for me. When I first met him, I had talked to several other real estate agents who wouldn’t answer my questions without requiring me to sign a buyer’s representation agreement first – I didn’t object to protecting an agent who represented me; I just wasn’t sure I was ready to take the plunge as a buyer.
