I highly recommend Dawn for your home buying/ selling needs. She went above and beyond what a relator needs to do. She was our 3rd relator in our long search to find a house- and she was our lucky charm. She would check out the neighborhood and house before she would show it to us, as to not waste our time looking and driving to houses that would not work for our family (but may have looked good on paper). She walked us though every part of the home buying process- clearly explained what we needed to do and have done. She knows the business and really knows the neighborhoods. I can not rave enough about Dawn- she is the relator you need! We were not (even close) to buying a million dollar house, but she did not treat us any differently then someone that was. Olivia was truly amazing to work with! Throughout our home buying experience, she went above and beyond to make sure we understood the process and were well educated on the next steps. First time home buying can be scary and she made us feel so at ease! Olivia was available any time of the day, was very knowledgeable about the market, and always answered our questions in a timely manner. Sonny has been the perfect real estate agent for me. When I first met him, I had talked to several other real estate agents who wouldn’t answer my questions without requiring me to sign a buyer’s representation agreement first – I didn’t object to protecting an agent who represented me; I just wasn’t sure I was ready to take the plunge as a buyer. Then I met Sonny who not only answered my questions but also drove me around for several days and weekends showing me different neighborhoods and obliging my interest to look at every single thing on the market. Sonny listened to me without judging and helped me, by providing valuable information to me, to come to my own conclusions about what is best for me. He made me feel like I was his best client all the time, and he continues to be an excellent advocate for me. Sonny has in his head a bank of knowledge, and in his heart a love of the product that he sells. I am so glad to have met Sonny and to now have the opportunity to be his friend and neighbor!

Austin exceeded all of my dreams and expectations. As a first time home buyer I had no experience and little understanding, but Austin was great with not only taking care of details, but also explaining and inviting us into the process. He listened to and fought for the things we wanted while giving his own knowledge and honesty about the properties along the way. He wasn’t there to just sell a house, but to truly help us find the right home. Communication was incredible, responding at all hours of the day. Not only was he extremely professional, but he also made the process extremely fun! I will never use another realtor other than Austin again.

Ashley was wonderful to work with, and I would definitely go back to her again if I get ready to sell or buy. She was very attentive, flexible, worked hard for me, and helped me get the best deal I could have hoped for. - Ashley was able to get me a 2 year home warranty from the seller because the hot water heater, HVAC unit, and appliances were all original to the unit and I was concerned they would break soon. - Ashley got me into the unit before closing so I could take measurements, etc. with contractors which was very helpful. -Ashley helped me do all this in the middle of a pandemic which was also very helpful to have someone so easy to work with in such an difficult time.

Anna was truly a pleasure to work with. She did exactly what she said she would do and more. She would pick up the phone anytime I had a question no matter what day or time. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable. An absolute joy in every aspect.

She spoke to our fears and answered questions we didn't even know we had. When it came time to look at homes, she was never pushy or annoyed with the 40+ homes we visited (and rejected.) She fought hard and tirelessly when we put in our offers and moved quickly when there were updates or changes to our strategy. Jennie is the Renaissance Woman of Atlanta real estate -- she does it all, with a cheerful attitude to boot.
