Once my house went on the market, we had a few frustrating situations occur that were completely outside of our control and while it was very stressful, I had peace of mind knowing that Blair was on top of it. Blair reinforced this peace of mind because she was always proactive with her communication. During the process, she was having to deliver unpleasant news due to poor communication on the side of other stakeholders. In addition to her proactive communication with me, she came prepared with possible solutions and proactive next steps. In fact, my friend was recently buying a house on the west coast and was not having a positive experience. She asked me multiple times if Blair could be her realtor because she was so impressed (and jealous) with my experience!

Buying a house is definitely one of the most stressful things to do, but Maggie made the entire process so easy and fun. Julia was awesome. We had four offers DURING the Covid-19 shelter in place while our house was only a quite listing - this was all due to Julia and her network! On the buy side, she handled multiple negotiations like a champ and we were thankful she was on our team. She also does a great job walking a first-time buyer through all of the steps and makes everyone feel so comfortable and informed. Highly recommend!
