Lee Ann Wynns did a great job for us in the sale of our condo. She provided a very informative market analysis, and gave valuable advice on remodeling decisions. We provided her an extra challenge in that there were 5 owners to deal with, 4 of them out of state. She was very easy to work with, did a great job keeping all of us in the communication loop, and managed all the complications (power of attorney etc) smoothly. I would highly recommend her.

Kate helped us find a house when we were pregnant with our third and living w two other kids in our 2 bedroom condo in the city! She easily could have moved us into one of the first houses we saw bc I was ready to just move! But she helped us stay focused on what we told her we wanted. She was candid when she didn’t think a house fit us and was specific why. Bc of her marketing and patience she found us an unlisted house in one of our target neighborhoods. She worked w the seller and helped us come to good terms. I have recommended her to close friends and originally heard about her and Kelly from another friend. After the move she helped us sell our condo as well and bc I had just had my third baby at that time she even helped coordinating meeting handymen for us, checking in on things at the condo, etc. she really ensured that buying a home was a good experience.

I reached out to Kim to help me find an investment property. I am located out of town and constantly on the road so Kim had to really handle the entire process alone and just keep me filled in. Kim found the property, went on several solo visits and even met with contractors to help me decide if it was the right fixer upper for me. She went above and beyond and I plan to not only continue to use Kim for all of my real estate needs but I will also be passing her info to anyone I know in the Atlanta area in need of help.
