Negotiated a fantastic price on our (hopeful) NEW home. All this being done within days...not weeks or months! You need to get out there and lock in Jennie if you’re buying/selling. You will not regret it. Deciding to sell you first home and buy a new one is a very stressful process but when you have someone who focuses on the needs of their clients and not just a price point it makes the experience amazing. Liz represented my girlfriend and I in finding a home in May and June of this year (2014). Throughout the search, Liz was extremely proactive in finding and sending us any options that she thought fit our requirements in a home. She always took into account the things that were most important to us, and she was very accommodating when it came to fitting our schedules in regards to seeing houses- in some cases multiple times. She was happy to set up showings, keep up with the statuses of houses in which we had interest, and keep us updated on what was our best course of action. When we picked a house, she remained an integral part of the contract and closing process, and was always there to help clarify any questions we had and make sure our closing stayed on schedule.
