I was in the middle of a search for my first home with another real estate agent in the area when I was introduced to Austin through my girlfriend who was also looking to buy her first home. At the very start he explained to me in detail the entire process for buying a home so that I knew exactly what to expect. Maria was so incredibly kind and helpful at every step of the way. She worked hard and was so responsive any time we had a question or wanted to go to a showing. She fought hard for us to get our dream home and even though we weren’t the first applicants, her hard work and guidance got the house for us anyway.

After trying desperately (and failing miserably) to try and find a place for my husband and I on our own - we contacted Carly to help with our search. She jumped in two feet first and within a day or so had dozens of options for us to look through, all easily organized by neighborhood. Heather helped me sell my home in 2015 and purchase a home in 2016. She advised me on items to do before the listing and then also hired a person to stage the home. The home sold at 92% of list price just before Thanksgiving 2015. I thought this was acceptable since it was close to the holidays and there are not as many buyers during that time of year. She is very knowledgeable and flexible and I would use her again!

Caroline is a true professional. She combines her impressive skills with the collective experience of her fellow Dorsey Alston colleagues. Our house went under contract in 3 days.
