Margaux was great to work with for a home in an intown school district (E Rivers). She found homes and got us in to see them early so that we did not miss out. For the home that we ultimately purchased, the seller accepted another offer over ours, and when the other buyer backed out, Margaux presented our offer again and the seller accepted. Though, what Liz was able to provide was the most essential level of peace of mind I needed to jump right in.
