Ashley helped us out in selling our home in Marietta and the purchase of a new home in Ball Ground. The Marietta home needed some prep work to improve its condition like some painting of the interior and carpeting in the living room. In general she was very efficient in getting people to view the home. Although it took a little time, once it was shown to a number of potential buyers she located one who really liked what they saw, as well as, the price. During the period of finding a buyer, we set out to find a new home that was a ranch style to help my wife with dementia to not have to worry about stairs. Also, the home we found was away from the busy Marietta area and all the housing and road construction taking place. Ashley was very helpful in the purchase of the new home also. She was very effective and efficient in getting things done in a timely fashion. We appreciate all that she has done and highly recommend her to those looking to sell or buy a home. Stacy was a pleasure to work with. She was always professional and eager to help me find the perfect home in a safe area. I do not understand when she sleeps because she would respond immediately to any email I had whether I sent it at 11pm or 8am and even helped us close on a house while she was on vacation. She was quick to schedule tours of houses I liked and always kept my best interest in mind. Her real estate knowledge of home details, inspectors, closing, and everything in-between was beyond impressive. Ashley was wonderful to work with, and I would definitely go back to her again if I get ready to sell or buy. She was very attentive, flexible, worked hard for me, and helped me get the best deal I could have hoped for. - Ashley was able to get me a 2 year home warranty from the seller because the hot water heater, HVAC unit, and appliances were all original to the unit and I was concerned they would break soon. - Ashley got me into the unit before closing so I could take measurements, etc. with contractors which was very helpful. -Ashley helped me do all this in the middle of a pandemic which was also very helpful to have someone so easy to work with in such an difficult time.

Jill is amazing! This is the second real estate transaction we have done with her, because the first time was so smooth & easy, we couldn't imagine using anybody else the second time around. Jill spent so much time talking us through the listing/selling process, helped us get the house ready to list, and calmed our nerves pretty much every day until the deal was done. Judy Patch is an exceptional agent and really took care of us. As someone moving from CT to FL we needed the experience of someone that knew the area well.
