Ashley Riley was a phenomenal agent. She has lived in this area for a long time and was very honest and knowledgeable about the districts and neighborhoods we were looking into. She made time for my wife and I both separately and together- as we often could not coordinate time to look at homes jointly. Ashley was very prompt with all necessary paperwork and sent us frequent reminders of what was necessary on our end once we were under contract. We felt comfortable contacting her at anytime and her response time was almost immediate. We would certainly recommend her to anyone buying or selling homes in the Atlanta area.

When I first met him, I had talked to several other real estate agents who wouldn’t answer my questions without requiring me to sign a buyer’s representation agreement first – I didn’t object to protecting an agent who represented me; I just wasn’t sure I was ready to take the plunge as a buyer. Then I met Sonny who not only answered my questions but also drove me around for several days and weekends showing me different neighborhoods and obliging my interest to look at every single thing on the market. My husband and I were so excited to begin our home search in May 2020. As first time homebuyers, we were sick of renting and wanted a house we could settle into and finally start our family in. However, we quickly realized how competitive the market was and how few houses were actually coming available. After a handful of unaccepted offers on houses under a different agent, we heard from a family friend about Kim. They said she was a bulldog, knew how to compete with a dozen other potential buyers, and understood how to work with the seller’s agent to get an offer accepted. We reached out to her and she immediately began helping us find the type of house we were looking for. Kim advised us on how to put together the most competitive offer possible, and set us up with a capable lender to make sure we were underwritten and our financial due diligence was as short as possible. After we found out in January 2021 that we were expecting our first child, we knew the heat was on to find a house as soon as possible. Kim always made herself available to go to many showings with us, often on the same day as finding a listing, and we finally found our dream home after searching for a year. With Kim’s advice regarding the offer, her coordination with the seller’s agent, and her connection to our lender, we finally got our offer accepted, and we were happy with the terms. Kim made the closing process so easy and stress-free for us and went out of her way to facilitate everything with the sellers. We owe Kim a debt of gratitude for her dedication to us - she was available day and night, highly responsive, very encouraging, and extremely helpful. Our journey of finding the right home wasn’t easy but Kim made it all possible in the end.
