On top of being knowledgeable, she was friendly and engaging which made the home buying process enjoyable instead of the hellscape I thought it was going to be. My favorite part of working with Kate is that she wasn't a saleswoman, she was an advocate. She did not try to be slick and pressure us into anything, for example we did not want to get a survey done and she explained to me both sides of the issue, and let us make our own decision. Heather helped me sell my home in 2015 and purchase a home in 2016. She advised me on items to do before the listing and then also hired a person to stage the home. The home sold at 92% of list price just before Thanksgiving 2015. I thought this was acceptable since it was close to the holidays and there are not as many buyers during that time of year. She is very knowledgeable and flexible and I would use her again!
