He went above and beyond in many cases, such as checking on out thermostat settings after our inspection and taking pictures of our blooming garden. We were not able to attend the closing. My husband and I were first time home buyers and had zero knowledge of the area other than some online research since we both have lived in the city. My husband was gone for work, so I was doing a lot of the buying process on my own. Knowing this, Scott made himself available at any time and would give advice on what would be a good investment. At no point did I feel pressured or swayed into any home. Since I was new to looking at homes, I didn't think to check the garage or closets, but Scott pointed those things out in a subtle way that really helped us pick the right home. I don't think we would've been able to find a home without his knowledge of the area, contacts, and his friendship throughout the process. We even found our lender and insurance through some of his suggestions and they both have been wonderful as well!

If you stick to this plan, the house will sell quickly One of the benefits is he has a vast network of people that can help while preparing to put the house on the market.
