Jill is the bestt! No doubt about it. She will always be our first call for our real estate needs. It seems like she has sold half of the homes in our neighborhood, many of them several times, and she knows the market as well or better than anyone. We are 100% certain that the advice she gave us in preparing the house for sale more than covered her fee. I am sure there were times when she felt like letting our call roll to voicemail, but she was there day, night, weekends, whenever. Jill managed the buyers and their brokers very smoothly even though it can't be easy. The closing was smooth, as everything was prepared well ahead of time. The best part is that it gave us an opportunity to get to know Jill better which is at least as valuable to us as the excellent service provided.

Ashley helped us out in selling our home in Marietta and the purchase of a new home in Ball Ground. The Marietta home needed some prep work to improve its condition like some painting of the interior and carpeting in the living room. In general she was very efficient in getting people to view the home. Although it took a little time, once it was shown to a number of potential buyers she located one who really liked what they saw, as well as, the price. During the period of finding a buyer, we set out to find a new home that was a ranch style to help my wife with dementia to not have to worry about stairs. Also, the home we found was away from the busy Marietta area and all the housing and road construction taking place. Ashley was very helpful in the purchase of the new home also. She was very effective and efficient in getting things done in a timely fashion. We appreciate all that she has done and highly recommend her to those looking to sell or buy a home. Maria was a life saver in our search for a home in Atlanta! She was present throughout the entire process and played a huge part in us getting our home.
