I met Allan Minter in January 2012 when I moved in next door to him and his wife in Brookhaven. We immediately hit it off and became instant friends. Since I have known him, he always seemed happy and optimistic, and carried an infectious attitude and demeanor. I knew that he was in real estate, however, it wasn't until later into our friendship that I learned how good he really was at his job - continually working overtime to make sure clients needs are met & winning awards left and right for his service and expertise in his field. So in 2015 when it became time for my wife and I to start "window" shopping for our new home, my obvious choice was to go with Allan. We have a very specific taste, and had no need to move - but we're interested in moving if the perfect dream home presented itself. Allan set us up with email alerts, and recommended various homes that fit our description - however, to be honest, we did change our minds a few times throughout the process and I can only imagine how hard it was for him to keep smiling and bear with us. That being said, he altered the search everytime to meet our new needs. After a few months of just looking, we found our dream home - which was listed on a Thursday. I immediately contacted Allan and asked him to get us a tour. He got us an appointment for the very next day at noon - working around our schedule. The house was everything we had hoped for and more and we instantly fell in love!! Unfortunately, two other people had already seen the house, and by the time we put an offer in, we were going competing with 4 other offers all within 24 hours of the house being listed. We were not the highest offer, but with Allan's advice, we made specific terms that would satisfy the seller's interests. With Allan's great relationships and amazing negotiation skills, we got the house!! I cannot emphasize enough how great of a home buying experience Allan made this for us. We found our "Forever Home", and it is all thanks to Allan Minter. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking, and if by chance we ever have to move our find ourselves in the market again, we will without a doubt be working with Allan again!!

We cannot recommend Beth Hawkins enough! This was our first home, and to say we had a million questions is an understatement. Beth was patient, she was quick, and she didn't miss a beat. Beth always did research and came prepared. She knew the area, the other agent, and sometimes it felt like even the home before we ever walked in the door. She was happy to make recommendations, and she picked up on our style and what was improtant to us quickly. She was never pushy. We never felt pressured to into a home. Patience should be her middle name! If you want a relator who goes above and far far beyond for her clients, you need to call Beth. She'll make sure every question is answered. She knows what to look for in a good home. She is so supportive. She also knows somebody for everything you could possibly need and has great relationships with those people (plumbers, inspectors, roofers, mortgage companies, lawyers, etc.). We could not have navigated this process without her, but feel like we truly gained a friend who was rooting for us to find the "right" house the whole time. If you want a kind, patient, responsive, respectful relator who will be there with you every step of the way, call Beth. You will be so glad you did! 10/10 recommend.

Carly was a pleasure to work with. My wife and I were buying our first house and knew nothing about it - she walked us through the entire process from how to begin our search all the way through the final signature and beyond. The attention she gave us made us feel as if we were her only clients (even though we knew weren't) the entire time. Carly was very knowledgeable and had our interests in mind throughout. She was very astute when it came to good deals/bad deals, red flags, etc. and didn't pressure us to do anything we were uncomfortable with. Again, Carly is trustworthy, knowledgeable and reliable and I would highly recommend her to anyone who asks. Go with Carly, you won't be disappointed!

Scott Prather is a consummate professional! Patient, thorough and consultative, Scott was with us every step of the way. My wife and I were out of town buyers returning to the Atlanta market, and Scott was of huge assistance. When we would come in town he would literally drop what he was doing and always had a fresh list of properties to review. Scott helped us get a nice home at a very fair price! When it came time to close, he did an excellent job shepherding us through the process. We would highly recommend Scott!

Allan represented me in the sale of my Buckhead condo in a superior fashion. Nothing had sold in the building for over a year....yet, we had a contract in 12 days of listing. From the outset, Allen was very ethical in our dealings. He was quick to disclose that he was getting married in a very few weeks and wanted me to understand that while he would approach the assignment quickly and professionally, as well as provide back-up while on his honeymoon,....that I was under no obligation to proceed. We went forward and Allan was good to his word....the listing was quickly posted, a professional video/website was produced for the web, and an agent caravan scheduled. Before the date for his wedding had arrived, we had an offer ( Allan was very helpful in counseling me thru a few counters ) and a signed contract. Allan and his back-up support ( while he was away ) skillfully and quickly lead us thru the paperwork drill and ultimately a smooth closing on schedule. Ashley was great! She was accommodating in every aspect of the process and always quick to respond to any and all questions. It was our first home buying experience and she made it as easy as possible on us. She walked us through every step of the way and we ended up with a house we love.
