Allen is AMAZING. My Fiance and I just bought our first home and the experience was great. Allen knows everything there is about housing. If you are looking for a home in GA he is the man to work with! If not in GA he can probably help you anyways. Allen will go out of his way to make sure you find the right house. He is the kind of person that becomes a family friend.. I would HIGHLY recommend Allen!
