We used Mary Jackson for our last home purchase. She was very professional but also friendly, understood our needs and worked hard to find us the perfect house. Scott did a phenomenal job selling my townhouse in Underwood Hills. Scott and I worked together to come up with a listing price that I was comfortable with keeping in mind my bottom dollar number I wanted to have from the transaction. Scott made some suggestions on what to do to help stage the home for sale. Being a busy professional, I relied on Scott and his contacts (painters / handyman / cleaning people) to help get things taken care of so the townhouse could sell quickly. We received an offer that was accepted less than 2.5 weeks after being listed for 97% of the list price. Scott is a tougher negotiator than I would have been which made up for a chunk of the commission I paid. I would highly recommend using Scott for any home sale!

Jennie provided invaluable assistance as we navigated buying new construction during the COVID pandemic. While we were still living out of state, Jennie was able to negotiate with the sellers, finalize the inspection, and complete the closing. Anna was truly a dream to work with to buy our first home. We were pretty anxious and needy first time home buyers but Anna made the whole process incredibly smooth for us. She was quick to respond to all of our questions, super flexible and fast to set up appointments for us to see houses and truly hustled to find new ones even before they came on the market. This was my first home purchase, and Austin truly made the process seamless. He was extremely knowledgeable about the market and the surrounding Atlanta areas, and I trusted that he would help me find a home in a nice, safe area. Austin was extremely patient with the many “first time buyer” questions that I had along the process. He was very aware of my “must haves” and was able to maximize our search days by finding houses that aligned with my asks and price range. I will also add that Austin was very accommodating and available to check places ad hoc. Likewise, he was very responsive and I never felt like I was anything but his first priority. He goes above and beyond on everything which is really refreshing to see in a real estate agent. I will add that I was one of 7 offers on my house. Ultimately the seller saw that this would be a quick and easy process working with us. Lastly, I was also impressed with the connections that he’s established. Austin was connected with many reputable companies- from lenders to flooring companies and locksmiths. Many of which I used during my purchasing process. This made it really seamless for me. Overall, Austin was fabulous (and a lot of FUN) to work with, yet meticulous and professional throughout the process. He keeps the process FUN!
