Kate helped us find a house when we were pregnant with our third and living w two other kids in our 2 bedroom condo in the city! She easily could have moved us into one of the first houses we saw bc I was ready to just move! But she helped us stay focused on what we told her we wanted. She was candid when she didn’t think a house fit us and was specific why. Bc of her marketing and patience she found us an unlisted house in one of our target neighborhoods. She worked w the seller and helped us come to good terms. I have recommended her to close friends and originally heard about her and Kelly from another friend. After the move she helped us sell our condo as well and bc I had just had my third baby at that time she even helped coordinating meeting handymen for us, checking in on things at the condo, etc. she really ensured that buying a home was a good experience.

Maria is the kindest person and was extremely helpful in finding a new home for my partner and I to rent. There was another person looking at the same place we were and she really fought for us. Cia Cummings is an absolute joy to work alongside with when it comes to finding a house. Once we zeroed in on our future house, her skills and knowledge around preparing our offers, what to consider and how to make it lighthearted astounded me. Cia was never “not available” to deal with all of the work between contract acceptance and the closing. Cia is consistently on top of any real estate opportunity you bring her way.

I had the pleasure of working with Allan while purchasing a home for myself. I am also a licensed real estate agent and represented myself on the buyer's side of the transaction but Allan was the listing agent for the seller. He was very professional and extremely responsive during the entire transaction. Since I do not normally participate in residential transactions, I must say that he made the process very easy.
