Hey Jennie, I want to take a moment and say thank you for helping us find this perfect house. There hasn’t been a doubt in my mind that this is the right house for us, but this weekend I was finally able to pause and take a breath and really reflect on the fact that Justin and I are actually going to own and live in this dreamy little cottage. It’s always been a dream of mine to own a house and for so many years that felt out of reach. But now we are about to have our own home. It’s been a whirlwind month since we found out we were moving to Atlanta before our wedding and I’ve been so focused on how to make it work that it’s been hard to relax for a moment and really take it all in. Karina was a pleasure to work with in our process to buy a new home. She listened to our needs and tailored our search to find the right home. Her planning was excellent. The days we searched were efficient yet flexible as we explored the market. After we went under contract, she continued to be our local voice as we were in another state. She was proactive in helping all parties meet their commitment dates that got us to closing on time. If we have future needs, Karina will be our first call.

Allan was very helpful in letting me know what needed to be updated in order to make my home competitive in the marketplace. He kept me informed every step of the way and was there at my open houses to answer any questions potential buyers may have had. He sold it in a little over 2 months from the listing time. such a great person to work with and a delight to know. Very professional in all aspects of his line of work.

I can't recommend Austin enough. First thing I l'd like to mention is that all of this was handled while living 1000 miles away. From helping me find a contractor several months before even being able to list to making my first time selling as simple as it could be; I would almost be willing to go through the process again just because of how certain I am of the help and guidance that I was provided. My only gripe is that I can't use him for Austin, TX, but even then he was willing to match me up with someone local. Again. I can't recommend Austin enough.

I truly cannot praise and recommend Ashley enough! She helped my husband and I purchase our very first home. We were so "green" (and still are), but she was incredibly patient and kind in answering our questions and teaching us about the process. She was always easy to get a hold of if we had questions or needed her for anything. I also don't know all of the details, but she worked hard and negotiated strongly on our behalf to make sure we got what was fair/our money's worth. At closing, the seller's agent praised her as well and told us we had made an excellent choice. She was a JOY to work with. She is easy to be around, and our times out looking at houses really felt like I was just doing it with a friend! You CANNOT go wrong working with Ashley to buy OR sell your home.

My wife and I recently made a major move from Florida, back to Georgia. Austin came highly recommended by a friend, as did several other agents. During our first meeting, Austin sat with me and explained, in great detail, the entire process - from getting pre-approved for a mortgage, to searching for a home, to the closing timeline. As a first-time home buyer, it was incredibly useful, and the time Austin spent walking me through the process convinced me he was the right agent. Throughout the full process, Austin was responsive, and really got to know my needs, my wants and my don't-wants. He made it clear we were friends first (even not knowing each other previously) and client-agent second.
